I lost a lb. I don't get it. Wed-Fri I was at a conference where the meals & snacks provided. Very good food. Those desserts and snacks are not on the plan. Also long days so couldn't make the gym, etc... no exercise.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.0 lb a week
