Weight was 185.2 this morning. Hope it holds at least that low for my recorded weighin on Monday. lol My calories have been between 1450 and 1600 every day this week, and I'm still losing weight at approximately the same rate as when I was consuming only 1200-1300. In fact, possibly even a little faster. I think the extra few calories per day may actually be helping. Possible that with my larger frame and weight that 1200-1300 is just not enough, especially with working out. It's a balancing act, I know....you don't want too many calories, but too few can be a problem also.

Tried on a pair of size 16 shorts that were very tight on me not that long ago (not that I'm going to wear them, it's 13 degrees here this morning, I just saw them when I was in my closet and wondered how they fit now). I can fasten them without a lot of effort now! I think even though I've only lost about 3 lbs since early December, I may have toned a bit (I'll credit my Wii Fit, lol), because I seem to be losing a little in size even if the weight numbers have only changed slightly.

Today, not cooking! Have leftover turkey italian sausage in the refrigerator, and that sounds like a perfectly good dinner to me. Had breakfast at Cracker Barrel. Was tempted to have pancakes, but was good and went with sourdough wheat toast/eggs instead. Interestingly, one pancake has about the same calories as a slice of the toast, but it's all white flour...I decided to stick with the wheat grain, afraid the white flour won't keep me satisfied as long and I'll turn to snacking.

Recorded the 185.2...and am now in the green zone! Woohoo! That's been a long time coming.
