This site is the best - stick with it - this place WORKS. The time I was off without a computer for 8 mos. I gained twenty pounds, but everyone tells me I'm still thin anyway because I'm tall. I will stay around here long-term to do maintenance permanently and encourage others that losing weight is NOT a lost cause... Glenn :)
