I need to count calories! Staying off most carbs and small amounts of food. Trying to eat only when hungry and I gained 1 lb. I have to do much better and I will try to eat only once or 2 times a day no more snacks either.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
