Ugh. Totally capsized yesterday. I can't ever seem to be satisfied with just going a little bit off my diet. There's no "ok, you ate a couple pieces of bread, best stop there." No, no, for me it's "ok, you ate a couple pieces of bread, best eat that donut too." Sigh. It's hard not to feel discouraged and angry at myself. But it's another day, another chance to put the right foot forward.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

we all do it...its your darn head messing with you...its ok...just get past it!

So you are 2/3s of the way to your goal. That's an impressive achievement. Doughnuts are hard to resist. I'll bet the bread was your hope to avoid the doughnut. It only leads to a slippery slope. TODAY is a new day.
