I have hypertension, allergies to air, Asthma, OCD, Spastic Colon, & over weight by over 50 lbs. My biggest problem is I'm a snacker. Ten years ago I was on the Atkins diet and lost down to 185 lbs, then I quite smoking and drifted off Atkins right into 250 lbs and have been caring it since. I walk my dogs every day for an hour, or around 2 miles, I lift some weights but nothing much coming off. I found this site a year ago but have a hard time posting up on it. Going to do my best to do it religiously now.
