Mason Jars's Journal, 28 October 2016

It is Friday and the hardest days of the week are coming up. Weekends are so busy and I don't always make the best choices at restaurants. I read more about low carb diets last night and it seems you need more fat than protein. Now that is where the calories are in the fat. Well doing pretty good right now with this put together diet of low carbs (under 20 per day) low calorie under 1800-2000 per day diet of my own. I will continue on for a while...Have a successful weekend!!
