I am extremely frustrated. I finally got my mind on the right track to begin dieting again. I have a great day of writing down my calories and planning ahead. I even textmy mom 9whom i recently moved home with to help her out) and told her that I started my diet and not to go crazy on dinner. She has been wanting to diet as well and said she would do anything to help me out. So i have a great day and come home to find for dinner she has chosen to order pizza and wings...she thinks because she bought a bag of salad and added a salad on the side that it makes it healthy.

So after I ate it (because I have trouble resisting things that are directly in my face) I screamed at her. I know that I have to have more will power, but she needs to understand that just because it is chicken does not mean its healthy....ITS FRIED. I will not be dieting with her, but I will have to learn to diet in her home. hopefully tomorrow will be different.
