Motivated that i am losing weight fast...given the amount of weight i need to loose, its good that its happening fast, well for now that is....
It has been a long time since i did starving as methods to loose weight...as far as i can remember it was tough but this time it feels way worse than last time...dont know if its just the hunger or i have lost my dedication....
For now staying strong...140 lbs to go...
251.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 141.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 17.5 lb a week

Would love to know what your doing to lose so quickly. Truly, I am not being sarcastic I am genuinely interested

First of all thanks for the support...what i am doing is having 2 egg whites in the morning, boiled broccoli at noon with yogurt...at night i am having lettuce with boiled chicken breast[very little amount]...in all together its about 500 calories...but please don't follow this since its too low...i just need to loose weight fast...Thanks again :)
