Water Fast Day #23 Ketosis = 45mg/dL moderate traces I think I don't have much fat as before so the traces of ketosis are less now, also I don't feel the same energy as before, I think I'll start to break the fast tomorrow drinking some coconut water. BF = 23.0% BMI = 19.7%
