I am not really surprised that I am bouncing around like a rubber ball lately. I have been very unfocused and distracted by something else. I have not been exercising but I did take Murphy for our walk this morning and I am determined to take him again this afternoon. I am back on induction so I may actually be able to get a grip on this before I undo all the good work I did over the last six months. Good to see all the losers out there lol.
