Still progressing with my weight gain. Gained too much weight last week. It was all my fault, I didn't follow my diet plan closely. Cutting back by 100 calories this week and will follow my plan more diligently.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

3079 kcal Fat: 121.53g | Prot: 181.34g | Carb: 360.13g.   Breakfast: Pick n Pay Chicken Mayo Sandwich, Selati Golden Brown Sugar, Rama Original Margarine, Huletts White Sugar, Jungle Oats, Selati Golden Brown Sugar. Lunch: Wimpy Chicken Fillet Salad, Selati Golden Brown Sugar, Minced Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat). Dinner: Tuna in Oil (Canned), Selati Golden Brown Sugar, Sasko Low Gi Dumpy Seeded Brown Bread. Snacks/Other: Doritos Spicy Sweet Chili, Nestle Bar One (55g), Simba Salted Peanuts & Raisins, Apples, Bananas. more...
