Next time raid the cabinet with low carb foods so the damage isn't as bad. Last night I pigged out on extra cauliflower that I had cooked so very little damage if any at all was done to my diet. If it had been that much pizza or ice cream I would have been in trouble. We have all messed up on here - start over again and don't cheat again. (You will, but don't make it so frequent in three or four years you weigh more than now!). :)
