I definantly feel like I'm in ketosis. I'll stick it out for a couple of weeks and then switch to a more zone-like approach. My appetite has definantly shrunk. My actual weight on jan 2 was 289. I weighed myself this morning and it's 282... I've been trying to drink all of the water I can. 2-3 liters a day. I need to find some time to exercise...
282.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
