Day 12 HCG - technically, with pounds lost including one load day which makes this Day 11 with 10 completed days, I've lost 9.6 lbs!

256.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
