I have been logging in my foods all week, hitting over 1000 calories, increasing my proteins. All seems to be going in the right direction so far. Hit the 181 mark this morning. Will see how the weekend goes. Continue to play it smart, only enjoy sweets in moderation.
HAPPY SATURDAY EVERYONE!!! Off to a livestock clinic with my oldest son. Should be a fun day. We have his heifer and 2 steers loaded in the trailer. First time out, so will see how they react! Better get them used to it all now versus waiting til we get to Ft Worth in January with them!!! Love watching what these young kids accomplish with their animals. It is teaching them such responsiblity and discipline.
