I was doing great until last February. I went to Australia for 2 weeks, my excercise routine went downhill from there, and my eating habits followed along with it.
My back (along with other things) recently started hurting due to a medication, which also was helping to pack on the pounds. No longer on the medicine, it's time to buckle down and get back to where I was. The more I weigh, the more my back is going to hurt. The more out of shape I am, the more my back is going to hurt, and the less I'm going to want to move.
It's a vicious cycle, time to break out of it. That time is now.
No excuses either. My phone can scan barcodes with the FatSecret app, so calorie counting is fairly simple.

Dreama - you have already lost 29 lbs and should be super proud of that regardless!! Congrats!! Also kudos to you for being motivated to keep on your mission. No one said it'd be easy, and it's encouraging to see you're sticking through it. I have a month of business travel ahead of me, and I'm worried about it myself, but like you said, if you fall off, just get back on again!
