Starting diet today 10/20/16. Its my own diet. Cutting down on fats, sugar and carbs. Adding more fiber and protein to my diet.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2nd day of diet. Made up my snack bag for the day. Will try my best not to eat more snacks than whats in my bag. I have measured calories, protein,sugar,fiber,fat and carbs so it is safe to for me to eat those items besides my regularly planned meals.

Thanks! Also trying to maintain my sugar intake. I do take one pill now so I have to constantly check my glucose because I dont want it to drop too low on me. I do think every day it gets a LITTLE easier. ;)

3rd day of diet. Very proud of the 1+lb weight loss so far. Definitely adds to my incentive. I don't want to be a size 8 anymore, but I want to control my diabetes eventually without medication which I have done in the past. A size-10-12 is fine for me.
