Combine 5:2 with 16:8 Intermittent Fasting and then replace 5:2 with 4:3 :) I am sure you will be happy by doing so.

awesome will give it a go. Looking at having a good week, as I made the decision of only getting a haircut at 125, but this afro is getting a bit out of hand lol. small priceless rewards :)
