Had a really rough night. I have a tendency to weigh myself but not post it if i feel ashamed,but I have to own up to my body.
158.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Never, EVER, be ashamed of your body! You are beautiful just as you are!!! If YOU want to lose weight to make YOURSELF happy, then that is all that matters! Never worry about doing it to please some fake, photoshopped, airbrushed forced representation of what someone else says you have to look like! Just remember, for thousands of years womankind survived without magazines and commercials and models to tell us what we were "supposed" to look like! :). Lots of love to you -- JUST AS YOU ARE!
