It's been about 8 months since I was down under 200 and it felt great! A new boyfriend, outings, happy hours, vacations, and no defined exercise and I'm back up almost 8 pounds. My ultimate goal is to get to 178, which may sound like a lot, but I've been there before and was able to maintain and live at the same time...!!!
So, I'm back and ready to go.... My goal is to get 8 pounds down by Thanksgiving so being under the 200... and then maintain thru the holidays.... and start 2017 ready to go and get the last 22 off..!!!!!! This is DO-ABLE!
