Well, I am not losing weight...in fact I have gained a pound. I am having a lot of trouble getting the food in because I have no appetite. I have not even lost inches in the past 2 weeks. Looking at my averages today though I saw that I have too many carbs in a day. I will definitely keep a closer eye on my carbs. I will have to preplan my meals; I have not been doing that everyday which is why I am going over. I know the fact I am not losing is because I am not doing something right. Today is a new day and I will lose now!

Its tough taking time to preplan! I'm only on day 4 of induction for the first time ever and I hit the grocery store on monday morning and got a bunch of stuff that was approved. My biggest challenge is figuring out what to do with it so im just munching basically. I'm not very hungry either so I've just made myself have something small when i think i can. We can do it though. One day at a time! It looks like you're doing ok so far today - keep it up lady.
