After changing my fast days from 5:2 to 4:3 I was a little curious so I decided to stand on the scale and take a peak.... my unofficial weight this morning is 69.60kg, gosh I cannot remember when last my weight was so low...

Now just hope it goes down and not up when I weigh in on Thursday...

It''s an amazing feeling, isn't it ? I'm so looking forward to see what your weight will be on Thursday morning :) Don't give up even if it is higher, the body gets weird at times. Just keep at it and you will see the results in time :)

Yes it does feel amazing BBO. I wont give up, i realise it might take a week or two for my body to get use to it.
