Yay another drop, which I didnt expect considering I had a bad fast day yesterday with way to much coffee.

Thanks for the advice BBO, you are a real inspiration to us all...
152.8 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
