I have been doing JC since June 2011. My original weight was 63.3kg. I lost 7kg before I went to the States on 08 August. I only put on 1.7kg while away for 4 weeks. I am now a steady 57kg and want to loose at least another 4kg. I have lost a bit of motivation but still eat JC food and excercise though I'm not as enthusiastic as before. I have dropped from a size 12 to a size 10. 08/12/2011
