Started using Young Living Slique shakes to replace 3 of my meals mixed with 1 serving of Protein. I've felt full and not hungry surprisingly. Hopefully keeps going. 👏🏾👏🏾

Feeling full with less calories is key.

Yeah this stuff is full of fiber. I'm getting like 33mg a day with just shake alone. I have been feeling crazy bloated though lol. Guess it's all apart of the process

Be careful of calories and the FS RDI, I had to adjust it down. This advice was given to me early this year from some of my FS buddies. I paid attention and I am succeeding. I started off this year a few pounds higher than you. This is a marathon not a sprint. Stay focused and flexible.

Solid advice!! I definitely will incorporate that. How many calories should I reduce it down too?

On Ches' thought, I'd set it about 500 below what FS gives you. Yes, flexible and honest with yourself. You got this!

By the way BiggE, FiveTwoCowboy started in April at a higher weight than you and I and has done an amazing job kicking my butt in a race to 200 with an incredible calorie rotation strategy that has changed his life. Check out his logs. Honesty is the best policy.
