I just can't eat sugar wish the cravings would go away and every event was not celebrated with it. Since having a canoli on my birthday I have been eating it ever since.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

I'm hearing that I had dabbled in low carb cookies etc and it triggered such cravings I got lazy for 3 months struggling to get back to the basic fundementals of low carbing. Be patient it will happen just never give up on trying to focus once again. I support you in this as I am a struggling carboholic.
