I've been terrible recently. Tried to reign it in the last 2 weeks (allowing a pizza on Saturdays) so I'm hoping I can get back to my recent lowest weight and then start losing again.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 17.7 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
