Last night I did 100 crunches and 50 side crunches on each side and 50 Triceps. I can feel it for sure this morning, but really like it. I hope that I can still keep doing it. I know that ate probably to many carbs, but only had 1500 calories. Got to start with one thing and then another. Will weigh myself only on Mondays in the morning. Going to start drinking more water today.
