So i have started back on WW today. I have a wedding to go to in June. and i have to loose weight. I have a personal trainer but have not been putting in enough on my own for cardio. My promise to myself is doing an hour of cardio at least 5 times a week. I have also started taking the hydroxicut plus for women as an energy booseter for when i hit the gym...I have to do this for me and stick to it...all the support helps... Good luck ladies
