not doing so well with the exercise, just can't seem to self-talk myself into getting on the treadmill this week.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey ... just saw your post so I came in here to heckle you to get on that treadmill... OR... go take a nice long walk outside somewhere even if it's in the mall. You sound like you might have the Christmas "tis the season" blahs. Keep smiling and keep tracking and keep journaling... your progress so far is outstanding just like you are! :)

Yeah whenever I feel like not working out, after my husband gets home from work, we drive to one of the indoor malls and then walk around for about three hours. Great calorie burn and it's more relaxing and scenic. Especially if it's cold outside.
