167.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1395 kcal Fat: 58.58g | Prot: 158.83g | Carb: 54.96g.   Breakfast: onion, olive oil, Baby Spinach, turkey links , Egg (Whole). Lunch: Feta Cheese, romain hearts, turkey breast tenderloin. Dinner: Mi Tomatillo Turkey Chili. Snacks/Other: Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, 1/3 Less Fat Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese, turkey burger kroger, eggs. more...
