OH well... it seems that all my sweets and bad food that I had ( even tho it wasn't that bad or much) is showing in the New Year... my weight jumped a little too much for my comfort... no physical changes or what so ever... it's just the number that's bothering me...

I went to gym last night and that was the regular training re-start.. it felt good... I can run for much longer and I got really exhausted...

Today is another day, no gym, -rest day- and hopefully my weight goes down again!!!

Ah well. I'm sure you'll be back where you were by the end of the week. No use stressing. Stress causes the body to hold onto fat. :)

Thanks beets_yum... You are right!! I am not stressed about it at all.. I know I have done a big and good job on my body and I am still eating good and attending gym, so there is no room for the weight to pile up! :) Thanks for your support! :)))

Well my scale went up a little too but I KNOW I can get back on track quickly and don't need to panic and feel bad about myself just because the scale goes up. It's a good feeling!

Come on Mirej. Who cares about a pound or two. You've done a tremendous job on your weight loss. A person's weight can flactuate even by 2 pounds from day to day, so don't let the number get to your head. You know you look hot and that's that :))

As long as you weigh-in daily and are aware of *exactly* what is going on (as you are doing so accurately and consistently), there is little fear that you will lose those stunning curves. ;-)

Lol.. thank you alllllllll! Hugs and kisses! :) Beets.. I just got a pound down yay!! lol.. re-started the gym and went already twice this week!! Woooooot!! Gemini... thanks sweetie! I agree a pound or two, but because that pound or two is keeping me away from my goal of 130 lbs lol to me it is a lot! Info- what are you worried about :P lol the curves.. I will not lose them, I always had them... no worries, my hips are large and my butt too and my thighs are strong and especially since I workout, there is some muscle there too lol... Glen... thanks buddy :) I am looking forward to it!!
