Today is December 3, my run felt great. I ate quinoa before my run with ricotta cheese and it gave me a lot of energy and has kept me full all day. I had a great speed tempo workout last night at the gym and did a tempo run today. I am gaining weight which might be my lack of a period or stress, not sure.
