In the ending of my 16 white volleyball season, I joined fatsecret to stay on track. I had done so well all through summer and half way through my kml volleyball season. For some reason, I stopped recording. I wish I hadn't. So starting today, I am staying on track! I am currently 142 lbs, and I want to gain weight. No, scratch that, I want to gain muscle. With the help of Chellie and Ambrose, two amazing trainers, and my coaches Mike and Jojo ffrom my 17 White volleyball season, I will be right back where I was! It is going to be a good year, will it cause pain and soreness? GUARANTEE IT! But you know what? This is what I do. This is my passion. Volleyball. Training. Improving. Mentally and Physically. I'm prepared. Let's do this.
