WOW really struggling with this five lbs....keep going up and down from 230-235... come on body get a grip on it....I must have hit a plateau! well I will give it a week and if no change ...then I will do an egg fast, to get it moving again
235.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi. Try eating all your food within a 6-7 hour time period for a week. It jolts the metabolism like magic.

I have tried fast as you say...and I find myself starving and eating more...I have heard that these types of fast work for some...kinda wish they worked for me

What is an egg fast, I can't do the 6-7 hour thing because I can't let my stomach get too empty

are you posting your foods? ya just gotta do that . also, i always get in trouble when i go over 10 carbs and i just have to keep control ofcalorie intake, sorry to say. this is not easy, but it is worth it and it does get easier i promise

I track my foods just not on Fat secret,,,,,, I use chronometer as it has keto settings and track...net carbs which is what I need for my diet... I broke this 5 lb struggle by eating more fat. my fat macros were not high enough for my keto diet

For Sure!! Tracking food intake is the key to success, you have to be very honest with yourself and be willing to be vulnerable with others even when you mess up big time....believe me, I have been using FatSecret and this helps me monitor my percentages of Fat/Pro/Carb. I am now in Ketosis and use a glucose/keto blood measurement finger prick thing. This will be my first time doing this out loud with other people and on this Keto 3 week challenge. I am so psyched to have all of your support and someone to talk to. Thank you.
