So I decided to stop recording what I eat because when I go for my weekly weigh-ins the sure Slim consultant goes through and I feel super bad and have to explain why I ate all the wrong things that week. I thought I could keep under control if I kept a mental list BUT my weight-loss has slowed down significantly. Now there's very little keeping me accountable except on Thursdays and Fridays when I know I am going to weigh-in on Saturday. After this little introspection I am back to recording so that I see even the small progress of sticking to my listed food items and also the big set backs when i binge on cake and KFC.

This journey is hard though, its so easy to slip into bad habits and convince yourself that you don't have to work hard for the results you want. Thing is the results always remain elusive when you cheat a little here and there (and then all the time).

dont give up!! the struggle is real. im in the same spot as you are now. its not a pretty place. we cant give up! every day, every meal, every time we put something in our mouths is a new chance to start fresh. we can do this thing!!
