a 2lb gain since last weigh in on the 23rd Sept - a weekend away in Norfolk involved a lot of walking, now back to a more sedentary lifestyle. Must exercise more, not just a five minute walk to the town centre! I have to dig out some working out CDs - nothing too strenuous but involving more moving about than I normally do - the motto has to be 'eat less, move more'!
