I didn't update my weight last week when I started my Whole 30 but it was 184.3 and now I am down to 176.4. I had an awesome week exercising and eating. I was 100% on top of the game. This week will be the same. Happy Monday all!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
