I had my appt with a nutritionist yesterday, Im totally excited. I will be doing monthly weigh-ins/check ups. I have done this diet before successfully on my own but did not keep the weight off nor did i have any support. I do think thats key. Anyhow- so far so good. I havenot gotten my water in today, which i know will be a struggle but hopefully gets easier! LOW carb all the way. Goal is to keep it under 40 grams per day, and to have 3 meals, 2 snack. each meal must have some serving of protein with it.
