I have been dieting since june, started weight at 280...down to 245. have a long way to go. my goal is 175, I don't have any deadlines to meet this goal so I feel like I will be successful. before I was always like I need to lose 50 pounds by 3 months...and I wouldn't lose but maybe 5 and I would quit after 2 weeks. ive tried every diet it seems and I cant stick to any. low carb seems the way for me. the easiest to keep to. im having a hard time getting my waters in and getting to the gym. the gym part, bc I don't have anyone to watch my kid...the water bc im a slacker.
