Ignore them! Its the lizard part of your brain talking. Remind it who is in charge and that you will not be eating off plan You can do it!

I always keep almonds in my bag. Along with a tiny contaner of peanut butter and some wheat thins, a slice of string cheese, and a hard boiled egg. Any craving I have, this little emergency pack will squash. Surprisingly, I've yet to get tired of this routine. I believe it's the almonds that save me. I rarely move on to the wheat thins or peanut butter.

Bag up every Sunday :) My cabinets are filled with everything already separated into ziplock baggies, counted and labled with the number of points. 23 almonds per bag, 5 points. 16 Wheat thins per bag, 4 points. etc etc. Just as some may have an emergency kit of bandaids and peroxide, I have my Vera Bradley lunch sak with almonds and cheese. ;)
