Up probably due to dinner late last night.

Beefsteak, frijoles and several corn tortillas with salsa.

Bagel and peanut butter this morning, buffet tonight at Pala Casino.

184.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb. Still to go: 4.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 4.2 lb a week
