Cant totally remember what I ate yesterday but I know it was on my diet. I did not eat as much as I needed, got caught up working and ran out of time.
Today I had a work lunch at DATZ. I had a Turkey/ham club on whole wheat...no mayo. It did have bacon and american cheese. It came with sweet potato chips. Dec 1 kicks off my figure diet, Im hoping to drop a couple dress sizes before my friends wedding. I ordered the dress small. The waist and hips will fit but my lats and bust are 3 sizes bigger than the rest of me. Go pull ups haha.
Running has made a tremendous impact on my physique, I just need to moderate healthy carbs, avoid crap, and watch kcals. I am back on day shift for work so things should be much easier to adapt to.
