Well unfortunately the birthday celebration caught up to me. Yesterday was a decent day, I stayed around 1000 calories, but carbs were too high. Today, I have my whole day of meals planned out and it should be a great day!

Whoops, totally forgot about the middle of the night snack of candy corn! Yikes calories up to almost 1600 with a all those carbs and sugar! I'm losing my will power!

After I wroth the first paragraph saying it should be a great day, I went straight to the breakroom and ate a cinnamon roll Danish!

So, no that that's over with - BACK TO WEIGHT LOSS!!

Lord help me be strong!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
