I ate more carbs than usual yesterday because I hit the wall and ran out of energy on my workout. I treated myself to a hamburger with a bun and shared a milkshake with my daughter. And I dropped nearly 3 lbs!!! After flatlining for a couple weeks, I dropped nearly 3 lbs in one day.
