Good morning buddies!
I was up early and got the shrubs trimmed in the front yard flower beds. Now, it's back inside for a little kickboxing and relaxing Barre. I have burned a lot of calories this weekend just by working in the yard.
My WOE and water are both on track. I'll have a kale salad for lunch and an apple for a snack. I loaded up on honeycrisp apples again..my new fave!
Hopefully I can get to my craft room while hubby watches the Broncos :)
My new avatar is our cat, Gabby, on his new cat tower. He turns 14 next Thursday so we decided to spoil him a bit since the dogs get a lot more toys.
