Went out first thing this morning to the Butchers to pick up roast beef for sandwiches and a large Quiche. Once home I cut the Quiche into 100g portions. Sat around for most of the day as Bill didn't want to go out. Ran up stairs a couple of times. Once to go onto my cross trainer. Peddled for 1km then needed to rest. Went on to my twister board for 10 minutes. Hoping to up my game.

Thanks for the support. My husband is in the final stages of COPD so I try so hard to do what he wants to do, but it is hard.
