I have started back to exercising today. I played golf while walking about 1320 yards which is about 3/4 of a mile.
I have lost about 20 lbs since I started and would like to be in a size XL by the end of December. I am trying to get back on a diet to accomplish my goal.
I am so thankful to have my mom and dad close by to help me any way they can. I love you both so much.
