Well I had a bad diet day yesterday, Had a chicken melt last night at steak and shake and then had a piece of cake. The rest of the day I did well but it was my son's birthday so I indulged. Remind me to never do that again. Eating sugar and bread OMG my body revolted against me and I spent half the night in the bathroom it was terrible. So never again lol. On a brighter note, It didn't deter my weight loss thankfully and I'm down another 2lbs WOOOOHOOO... Back on plan 100% today. Eating that bad stuff was almost like when they give people anabuse for alcoholism it makes you sooooooooooo sick. I don't care to feel like that again thank you. And today I woke up really tired which sucks cause on plan I feel great when I wake up. Anyway I hope everyone is having a wonderful day and everyone is still smashing cause I know I am.

I know exactly what you mean!! After eating that mexican dinner... holy... I thought I was NEVER going to feel good again-- it took me 3 days to pull outta that... I swear it was the grease and the cheese!! I snacked on some cereal over the week end and even that was enough to make me feel awful that night-- my husband asked me if I had the flu!! I know this diet will make you healthy (at least for me) because I'm almost to scared to eat anything unhealthy and to have to deal with the intestinal woes!! :D

Ain't that crazy. Now when you eat the junk food it makes you sick. It's almost a good thing in some ways. It makes you want to stay away from that kind of food so you are not sick. Congrats on all the weight you have lost. Keep up the good work. Sorry you spent the night in the bathroom.

It's amazing how adaptable the body gets. Its nice to know that we can get over sweets and junk easily!
